Can I exchange my order?

During our Moving Sale, we are unable to accommodate exchanges through our standard return process.

For assistance with an alternative solution, we kindly ask that you contact us via email at sales@aquadash.com.au

We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all our customers.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes!
If for some reason you need to return any AquaDash product within Australia, we will refund your item excluding the shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:

1. A returns form is completed and printed.

2. Returns Form must be returned with the items.

3. Returns are made within 30 days from date of original purchase date.

4. All items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached in order for the return to be accepted.

5. Swimwear must still have the hygiene strip attached.


**Refunds are not offered on sale items.

Please allow 21 days for returns to be processed

The cost of delivery for return is not covered by AquaDash

Any incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded.

**Please note: If you claim a refund on an item from a bundle that was purchased, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.
